Directions for Use
- Prepare the cavity and rinse thoroughly; do not desiccate dentin.
- Shake AMMBOND 7 briefly; for first use, shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds.
- Dispense 2–3 drops into a clean well; replace cap right away.
- Using a disposable brush, scrub adhesive on enamel/dentin for 20 seconds.
- Apply a second layer and scrub again for another 20 seconds.
- Gently air dry with oil-free air for at least 5 seconds.
- Light-cure for 20–30 seconds.
- Proceed with composite placement according to the composite manufacturer’s instructions.
Composition
Urethane Dimethacrylate, Triethylene Glycol Dimethacrylate, Bisphenol A Diglycidyl Methacrylate, 2-Hydroxy Ethyl Methacrylate, Photoinitiators, Stabilizers.
Contraindications
- Do not use if the patient has a known allergy to any ingredient in the formulation.
- Not suitable for use with self-curing composite materials; bond only with materials activated by light.
- Not for direct pulp capping applications.
Warnings & Precautions
This adhesive is an irritant. Avoid contact with skin, mucosa, and eyes. In case of skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water. Rinse eyes with plenty of water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice if necessary. Contact with methacrylate materials may cause sensitization in rare cases.
